We know how confusing it can be trying to navigate the skincare landscape, and are so happy that you've decided to journey with us.

With our STEPS Series, we'll be bringing to you bite sized nuggets that you can start to implement in your routine right away. Feel free to reach out with questions, or write a comment below!

STEP 1 - HYDRATION & MOISTURE

That's good ol' H2O, water. 
Doesn't seem ground breaking, but for some reason we sleep on water intake all the time! Water is essential for metabolism in our bodies, including ALL the restorative processes. You might want to read that sentence again.

This means your skincare will work much harder for you with lifestyle changes. Beauty is always inside and out.

As our skin barrier is porous, we loose a lot of our water trans-dermally (through the skin), and through our bodily fluids and excrement. In order to keep our bodily processes running smoothly (think cell regeneration!), we need to replace the water lost.

This is where the 8-10 cups of water a day comes in - which amounts to approximately 2.5 L per day. Your pee will let you know; if it's not light in colour we've got work to do!

Starting with the canvas of a well hydrated body ensures that the Moisturizers & Sealants will support your skin by maintaining hydration  and preventing rapid moisture loss.

Skin supports containing ingredients like Shea butter, Avocado Oil & Jojoba penetrate the skin providing a round the clock protective and nourishing layer. This keeps your skin cells plump, elastic, and healthy!

✓ Follow up with a moisturizer after a shower or bath
